I was able to get Cheryl parked safely off the side of the road on this very buy highway in Burlington CT where this pristine barn sits. Standing on the edge of the road, with vehicles whisking by at about 50 mph, I was able to frame up a nice composition of the Pine Hill Barn.

I don’t think this is a working farm but rather a residential address where the homeowners maintained the original barn beautifully over the years. The residence is seen peeking through the tree’s on the far right edge of the image. Five stars go out to these homeowners for the time they’ve spent preserving history and keeping this barn looking as good as the day it was built!

  1. Hi! I done past this location recently and I’m interested in using it for a family photoshoot coming up. Do you know how I can contact the residence for permission?

    • Hi Rachel,

Sorry, I can’t help you. I make a point of not disturbing anyone that resides where I’m shooting and I never set foot on their property. As you can see these were taken from the road in about 60 seconds and I was on my way. Good luck to you. Jay
