Pelican Cove, ME
During our early September stay in Maine Cheryl and I visited the quaint coastal town of Ogunquit, (pop. approx. 1600), which is home to Perkins Cove. This was just a quick drive from York Maine where our hotel was. We walked around Perkins Cove specifically as this cove was surrounded by water on three sides and was a small, quaint little paradise. It was full of unique boutiques, locally made merchandise and a couple of nice restaurants. Not to mention all the boating.
