Multiple Barns, East Windsor CT
You don’t have to go far to find an old barn to photograph when travelling through East Windsor CT. It’s a barn photographers paradise. While many of these barns catered to the once flourishing tobacco industry in town there are plenty of other utilitarian barns. These four images are a mixture of both. Rogers Orchards 336 Long Bottom Rd. Southington, CT 06489 Open 9-6 daily (at time of writing) (860) 229-4240 Cheryl needed some fresh peaches to make peach cobbler so we thought we’d try an orchard that we’d never visited before. Rogers did not disappoint. First of all, what an orchard! I think they grow every type of apple that will grow in CT. The orchard seems to go as far as the eye can see.
