For a $10.00 donation, (to benefit the charity), you’ll leave with a bouquet of sunflowers. Thimble Islands during spring of 2015.
[wzslider autoplay=”true” interval=”5000″ lightbox=”true”]Now that the weather was getting nice out I wanted to take my camera down to the Stony Creek neighborhood of Branford, CT and photograph the famed “Thimble Islands”. The weather was delightful and it was just a joy to line up these beautiful island homes in the sights of my 80-400 Nikon lens. The Thimble Islands number between 100-300, depending on what you would classify as a large rock or an actual island. Only about 23 are actually inhabited.
