Graffiti in New Haven

While driving through New Haven, CT recently I spotted this rather colorful wall art on a building. Whoever did this obviously had artistic qualitities. I tried to “google” some of the words but couldn’t come up with translations. It’s been up a long time because I remember driving by it years ago so it can’t be anything offensive.

Hi Gigi,
I’m sorry it’s been so many years since I took that photograph I’m not sure. I thought it was on the side of a building on Water St. but I can’t make any guarantee’s. Probably not even there any longer.
