This large well maintained beauty of a barn and Silo sits quietly at the end of a long autumn New England day on Tranquility Rd., in Middlebury CT. I’d love to know when this was built. I suspect it’s older than it looks as, I’m sure, this was all farm land back in the day. It is maintained unusually well for an old barn. All the white trim around the windows and doors are updated and in perfect condition.
