Nature has aged this barn beautifully in Middletown CT
Nature has taken it’s toll on this wonderful old small barn on or in the area of Bell St. in Middletown CT. New England’s tough winters have nearly collapsed the roof but, like us New Englanders, it will stand proud until it can’t stand any more. A deer passes through in Madison
The only other time I photographed this barn was in the winter where the tree next to it was barren. I was rushed and shot it out of the window of my car and I momentarily pulled off to the side of the road. I was not pleased with the results and have been wanting to come back ever since. This was taken on Rt. 79. Folks that travel from Durham or Wallingford down to Madison pass this gorgeous barn all the time.
