Danoiels Mill 98 E. Main St. Rockville CT There are (3) images shown, which were taken back in 2013. One of the images I took from East Main St. looking towards the Mill. The other image is behind the Mill. The Daniels Mill is cut out from the image and would be on the far left (not shown). The factories shown are the rear of what once was Amerbelle and Anacoil (my best guess). The last image I copied and pasted from an article in Patch.com written by Chris Dehnel on 6/24/21. Beautiful entrance in Milford
I was on my way back from Milford Photo and I was going through the downtown area I saw this beautiful home. The stonework, the wooden shingles, the vintage style front door which was made all the better by the presence of “Old Glory” swinging in the breeze in the form of the Betsy Ross 13 star rendition. To me this was America, this was New England. I had to pull over and take a photo. I didn’t have any of my gear with me but I did have a pocket camera in the car for just such “emergencies”. This rather large, old barn, sits on Mill St. in Lenox Dale MA. It’s actually in a “L” shape. If you look close you’ll see that it extends to the left. Fujifilm Finepix F100fd, 12mb camera shot at 10 mm. 1/130th, f11, ISO 400.
