This is part of the river front revitalization between Hartford and East Hartford. I walked through here mid week at lunch time. I found the part to be very safe and relaxing. It offers a place to sit and relax. A play area for young children and a walking/bicycling/jogging path that parallels the river. Whatever your venue you’ll most likely enjoy your experience at the river walk.
