Occasionally I have business in Cumberland RI.  When I do I often stop at the Cumberland River State Park which is directly behind the Cumberland Mill Condominiums.  This location, by the highway and walking bridge brings me nothing but peace.  I just take in the surrounding view as well as the rushing water from the Blackstone River.  You can’t beat…
