Old Cow Farm, Bethlehem
I was on my way to photograph another barn in Bethlehem when I spotted this farm scene off in a distance. It doesn’t appear that the buildings are actively being used but the presence of a tractor implies to me that the grounds are still being upkept. Barn in Bethlehem CT
Cheryl and I set out to photograph barns in Bethlehem CT and this is one of the beauties we found. Still a working barn and is nicely maintained as it’s banked into a slight hill with an attractive hand laid stone retaining wall. NOTE: The original image shows a roadway right next to the barn and it overpowered the image. For artistic purposes I removed the road in photoshop and created a “dirt” road. If you’re a barn hunter like me then Bethlehem is a great old country town to visit. Nikon D7100, Nikon 18-55 mm @ 24 mm 1/160th, f11, ISO 100
